All are broken, with a broken heart, living a life of lies, deception, and hurt… and desperately need healing to become the whole person God created them to be.

Luke 4:18-19 (NKJV)
“The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD.”

Adam’s fall is every man’s story, every man comes into the world with an evil heart and set up for a great loss of heart. Adam’s story seems simple, while ours seems complicated, but the wounded soul is the same. Every boy in his journey to become a man takes an arrow in the center of his heart, further breaking him in the place of his strength, which is rarely ever healed.

All boys ask their father, “Dad, do I have what it takes? Dad, am I powerful?” Not in words, but he asks with his actions. Until a man knows he is a man, he will forever try to prove he is one… missing the true purpose God created him for.

Jesus is the only true healer that gives a new heart to those who see their need.
